Hours are misleading, came here at 1am because I have to catch the train at 5am but on Google it says their open 24 hours but in person says they close at 1am. Can you guys please update your hours? Other than that very nice place to stay and wait for train!

I'm currently here out of town and when I had a quick quesiton about where to wait for the Amtrak train. The man at the 2nd window, ignored me and made me feel like I was bothering him for a simple question. He mumbled something toward me and then walked away. Older, lighter, balding man with glasses. Fortunately a local saw what was happening pointed me in the right direction so as I wouldn't miss my train. Thank you San Diegoans!
The date and time - questionable. The ticket office, the entrance, exit: I woul return. Thank you.
Not a very comfortable place to wait if your train is cancelled or extremely delayed. They really need to add a lounge section and have other food vendors besides the one coffee place that's there.
Ticket agents (in person & on phone) are inept. They ticketed my elderly mother as a bicycle... yes I said bicycle. Incorrect info given.
