Too Notch outfit. Sorry Mexican government betrayed and delayed their people with a delay in Mexican resources until late, to lessen the burden on ICE. They need DNA testing..25 percent of these border crossers are using a child that is not even theirs (aka a kidnapped/child snatched infant/toddler) to be the \mule\ to cross the border . These children are not child or caregiver of the adults saying they are part of their family unit, these kids are like parking passes ..and once they get into the United States, that same child gets reversed \muled\ back via Tijuana front door via United States and is used by the next adult syndicate needing a free pass....these kids are mules...let ICE do their job in vetting through the DNA.
