Kahala Travel is a fine, family owned local business. I have been using them for almost 15 years for my travel needs. They are always courteous, very professional, extremely knowledgeable and affordable as well. They are even available 24 hour a day in case any unforeseen event happens while traveling. Kahalla Travel re-booked me for alternate flight option literally on the airport tarmac before my plane arrived at the gate and beat everyone on my plane to re-book when a flight was cancelled due to foul weather. Their quick thinking brought me promptly to my destination while every else on my flight had to spend the night at an airport. They are simply the best business in San Diego for all of your travel needs whether is is by land or sea.

This was my first time using a travel agent. I was a bit unsure at first if it would be worth it or not. I worked with Leslie and let me tell you she was every bit worth it. From the moment she met with my girlfriend and I during a walk-in to the last meeting I had with her before our trip she was always extremely helpful and courteous. She worked with our budget to get the most out of our trip to Thailand and we had an amazing time. Leslie was there every step of the way and was always there to answer any questions. My girlfriend and I never had to lift a finger in the planning of our trip. She did absolutely everything for us and was always keeping in contact with us to make sure we were up to date on everything. Thanks to Leslie we had one of the best vacations we've ever been on.
