No stars. Very unprofessional staff top to bottom. I booked my first appointment a week in advance, and somehow their automated system booked an initial appointment with both Dr. Welsh and Mr. Le (I believe that’s his name) back to back. I showed up 15 minutes early, and Le asked my name, then told me Welsh was not in that day, and their admin assistant didn’t want to mess up the appointment schedule (she was off as well) so didn’t want to call me. Le then told me that I’d have to wait the hour before he could see me even though no other patients were there. No apologies extended. Not sure where they all learned their lack of manners and service. I’m sure this review will be buried soon, but if it helps just one person find a more professional health provider, I’ve done my duty.

It was my son's first appointment with Niki. He had a 1/2 hour sports massage. When we arrived there was no one else in the office and she greeted us as if we were strangers, when she had to know that my son had an appointment. She wasn't very friendly, in a hurry and was a bit off-putting. The amount of time she spent should have been a half hour but only 25 minutes was spent at best. Since this was my son's first appointment with Peak Performance, I strongly feel that if Ms. Diggs had put in a bit more effort into being friendly and welcoming as well as spending a bit more time with my son, we would have walked away feeling like we wanted to return. This was not the case. It cost almost 60.00 for 25 minutes (including a tip which I should not have left) Additionally, I am not entirely convinced that she completely understands sports injuries and how to treat them. We will not return.
