Sunday ,September 6,2020, I had a perfect San Diego Blood Bank donor experience.Arriving early , check in was smooth, and in a few minutes I was called to get my vital signs in a cubicle. Moving right along, I stood on a digital scale .Next I was provided a tv program of my choice, after wiping off the headphone earmuffs. The correct remote control was provided , without even having to ask and wait for it. Even Gwen stopped by to say HELLO.On my right, there was a church member friend of mine. I was given a coupon for a pint of Baskin Robbins ice cream , which I promptly redeemed for some daiquiri ice cream, which was outstanding! I was surprised by such a good display of teamwork! Thank you everyone!! You rock!!

What an awesome staff and group of professionals and volunteers. I have always donated in the blood mobile and this experience was pretty cool. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Festive decorations.
First time visit at the San Diego Blood Bank. Scheduled online and got there a little early to registration and check in, only took a few minutes. After got taken back to get vitals. Was take to a comfortable chair and got access to a roku and cable tv to pass the time. Will be coming back to donate again.
Excellent service, Connie and Justine were very attentive and our blood draw went quick and painless. Staff all around had great attitudes considering the hurdles caused by the pandemic. Highly recommend donating at this Blood Bank!
It's always so easy to donate at this location. Now is the time to help however we can!
