We own a plumbing business in San Diego and had used another company for over 10 years. They could no longer provide the customer service we were needing. When I contacted Unifirst, I was blown away by the customer service we immediately received. My expectations were not high and I know how difficult it is for large corporations to provide quality customer service. We have been using Unifirst for over a year now. I can always count on our rep Alex to come through and provide us quality service in a timely manner. In addition, with the COVID-19 pandemic we were having a difficult time finding the personal protective equipment we needed for our technicians to continue to do their jobs. Alex again came through!
