Clean and well maintained. So use to getting charged for everything in LA/California.....I can't believe it's free to still park here (I know our taxes pay for it already). I have no doubt they will charge to park there one day soon.
As far as feeling safe to leave my 71VW Bus there, I give it a 10 or Maps would say . The Old Town center is in walking distance. It is handi capable friendly and very clean. Plenty of lightning at night and it's located in a quite little neighborhood. Close by are shops food, Gas, and Historical sites. Way to go Park and Ride I would park there again, if I ever go back.
Needed a lot of work
Car battery was stolen from here while I was at work. Nice surprise to find when getting back from a long commute. No cameras or security and poor lighting early in the morning. local cops didn't even know the lot existed (they needed directions on how to get there). Several other cars lost batteries that day, too.
