By far the best yoga studio in our area! Not only are the owners and teachers educated, but they are also kind and care about why you're there to begin with. The variety of classes is so convenient and they also host tons of wellness events, workshops, and activities for things like essential oils, pregnancy and postpartum, a wellness retreat in Joshua Tree, and a Mom and Baby community! The space is always clean, they have the props you need, and they offer licensed physical therapy on Wednesdays. Make sure to check them out!

This is the place is my heaven on earth. I have been coming here since it’s opened and was the years go by, my life events change and this studio grows with you. They offer so many varieties of classes for all types of life, physical and mental. When I’m in pain, I do their Thursday night class that stretches you and slows your nervous system down so that I recover. When I need peace and strength I do their vinyasa classes as level 2. Once I got pregnant I realized they offer the best prenatal yoga and also birthing classes. Now that I’m a momma, they have weekly meet up groups with other moms and mommy n my yoga. Best studio around. ️
Most amazing studio ambiance in the area. What I love is how accomodating the teachers are with people like me who have disabilities. Very blessed by United yoga
