The service guy here doesn't really give good customer care, i went here for my oil change and my tire was punctured on the side. Honda care said it was covered but the service agent wanted me to pay for the tire my self and insisting it. I change my own filters and rotate my tires my self, change the wipers as well, they get upset when you dont get any of these service from them. I would say 0/10 customer service. They really made me feel uncomfortable here. I'm never coming back here again.

Alex Yanez in the service department is by far our favorite service consultant and would recommend going through him for anyone needing service on their vehicle. He is very reliable and has the best customer service! He makes sure your questions and concerns are handled appropriately which is a great quality! Thanks to the help of Albert, I got my very FIRST car EVER!! He is such an amazing person and so helpful. He makes sure you understand the whole process. He is the person that really cares about your interests and helps you find a solution to EVERYTHING! Would very much recommend this dealer everyone there is so nice!
