WOW! What a meal! Bix is known for its great indoor atmosphere, and tonight the kitchen outdid itself. Try the Chicken Hash....and Chocolate Bread pudding? You'll be amazed! Tables are well spaced and convenient in a very open but quiet plaza outside the main restaurant entry. Note; Bix Beiderbecke (for whom the restaurant is named) was an incredible 1920's jazz cornetist and pianist. I'm sure he would be proud of this music speakeasy!

Great ambiance. Nice menu. Fabulous service. Next time we come as would make reservations later so we could enjoy the live music. Food was tasty but had to send my duck dish back because it arrived overcooked and warmish. They made It right the second time. So tasty. Lively fun ambiance.

We especially enjoyed the special bar drinks, the cucumber/cilantro infused vodka martini, and the Aquarium was great (even took photos so we could try to replicate at home). We will definitely come back and recommend them to all of m friends!

Loved it! Charming on Gold Street. Beautiful sunlit table. 5:00pm reservation. Sun just left the table as we paid the bill. EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE! As always! Thank you all for a job well done!
