We have contracted out SF Tech Training several times to teach our team Excel (all levels), PowerPoint and even a few Adobe programs including Acrobat, Photoshop and InDesign (Illustrator is a bit too hard). Dave Casuto, the trainer's approach to instruction is very organized, even paced and yes, he is very knowledgeable. And it's great how they customize the training content to our group.
SF Tech Training and Dave Casuto have helped me immensely with my Mac, iPhone and iPad support including teaching AND troubleshooting. I know he also teaches at an advanced level for other software too, but I am working towards that. He is very knowledgeable and more importantly, very patient with me. Highly recommended for all levels of tech skills.
David is this Senior Surfer's dream come true. I've worked with him on a wide variety of projects from the artistry of designing and building a web site to the nuts and bolts of learning basic computer skills. He takes a personal interest in every task and thinks through and discusses all the possibilities that might be be helpful to me. He is focused, highly proficient as well as personable, pleasant, and easy to work with. After every session with David I feel more technically empowered and excited about coming to my computer because he's dedicated to teaching his clients. As an extra dividend, I can almost set my clock by the timing of his house calls.
Dave was referred by a friend at a time when I was in great need of tech help with my computer \skills\. He helped me download software and clean up my computer as well as master Picasa. I am not good at learning from the written instructions provided by the software folks, having Dave sit beside me and explain the steps and recommend the correct clicks has been so helpful. Following his several visits I became a whiz at photos and have even made some beautiful photo books. I could not have done it without Dave. I recommend his services highly.
