I had never had to have a lawyer before. Dealing with new landlord issues and leaving a home of almost a decade is an emotional, stressful, anxiety inducing, and sad process. The thought of having a lawyer represent you for an issue can add a whole layer to feeling overwhelmed, but I am so glad we were recommended to Jason at Wolford Wayne. I don't think anyone wants to find themselves in a situation needing a tenant lawyer. To have housing at risk, especially in a city like SF, is incredibly disruptive and anxiety-inducing.
