First off, no one answers phone. They say leave message they’ll return call. Called 6 hours ago and no return call UNACCEPTABLE. Dr supposedly sent lab order for elderly mom. All I wanted to know from lab if they received order. Mom decided to walk approx 3/4 mile to lab and take a chance 5 hours after I called lab to verify. Lab claims no order, I will call Dr, but shame on lab in not returning call as of yet almost 7 hours later , still waiting.. mom went to lab and walked back home tired. Even if Dr didn’t send order, shame on lab for not verifying or returning call for a quick verification of order. It’s not right to keep customers waiting or worse never return call. I will be notifying others regarding this horrible and rude lab . Terrible service.

Great friendly staff!
Made us wait over a hour. Not sure how it took so long when there was only one patient in waiting area. Maybe cause they really don't do much kids here and was afraid to do it. Not sure. Saw people come in way after us go in and out. Need more employees maybe.
I would give it no stars if possible. Nobody would answer the phone so I drove 25 minutes to talk to a person. Horrible rude staff, had a phone number shoved in my face to call for an appointment which I called right in front of the staff and they also hung up on me. I wasted 4 hours of my day trying to get a drug test for a job I need and have accomplished nothing.
Staff were friendly but I had to give 2 stars for the extremely long wait for drug screen. They only test from 10 to 1 and the wait is over an hour. For the gentleman ahead of me it was close to 2 hours. Try to make an appt. If possible. Not sure how to do that.
