Amazing service and last minute costume shop. Highly recommend over any party city.
The owner told us latex balloons can hold up for like a week, so we picked up the balloons one day before our party( which he also knew at that time we ordered.) We happily set up the balloons the day before the party, but sadly found that the balloons were all on the floor on the party day. I called and complained, the lady answered educated me over and over again that latex balloons can only hold up for 1 day. She said I have to come in store to argue with the manager if I want to get some money back. I actually just want an apology and see if they can do anything to make up for our next party. However, they don’t seem to care...
