Super frustrating. I had two items on my order I had to wait over a month for. Ok, no big deal. Received no notification of their delivery so I call customer service. They can find no record of me ever placing an order for those items. Turns out when I picked up the first part of my order these geniuses just deleted the rest of my order. Fantastic. I now get to reorder and wait some more. Their online system is a joke and the IT guys know it. They prompt you to sign up for an account to track your orders but it doesn't actually work unless you jump through all the hoops to give your business info.
