Absolutely delicious! Great atmosphere; not too dark, yet still romantic
After hearing a lot of good things from my friend who was very keen to take me there, my expectations were high and I was really disappointed. The menu is very limited, especially if you're a vegetarian. The portions were okay, and the taste was average at best. The only reason I gave two stars is because of the service. The waitress who served us was really great! Not going back again and wouldn't recommend to others as well.
It was my first time being here and it was a lot better than what I expected. My sister and I had fun tonight. We were greeted kindly by Kyle and then by another server, unfortunately I didn't get her name though. She was very informative and patient with my sister and I. Overall, the 4 course option was good, but I really loved the chocolate fondue. I liked the setting of the restaurant, especially the dimmed lighting, and the booths were cozy. It's rare for me to go out, but I'd definitely go again.
Can't say much bad about this place. Great food, selection and service. Kyle helped us tonight and was pleasant and helpful. Food is always fresh and tastes great. You cook it so no complaints about rare vs well done. And... The chocolate. Hell. Yes.
Our experience at The Melting Pot was wonderful. The wait staff was friendly and helpful to a fondue newbie, and the owner was as well. The food was delicious and fun! It all made for a great dinner to celebrate my birthday, and I will definitely come back for more!
I got a groupon for this place as a gift. It's one of the best places to bring a date to. Definitely get a wine with your food, it's worth it and their suggestions are great. It's really fun to see them put the cheese into the bowl and swirl it around. The waiters are very nice and attentive. My date actually preferred this over any fancy restaurant where you just sit and eat.
