Some of the best Italian food we have ever had in our lives. Especially the cannoli and the lobster ravioli ! Absolutely delicious and the owners are wonderful directly from Sicily. Home cooked food with an authentic Italian taste and feel so glad this place survived the pandemic! Rita treats you like you are part of her family. Don't hesitate to come, you will be so glad you did!

Incredible! 9.9 out of 10! Finally real quality Italian food made with LOVE from fresh ingredients, never frozen! It's so hard to find a really exceptional Italian place, this is it! Loved everything we had, obviously fresh never frozen cuisine. This place deserves to be experienced and is reasonably priced. Try the truffle limoncello, incredible dessert! We're going to work our way through the menu in the upcoming weeks and months. Thank you! If it was any better it would be twice the price and have a Michelin star!
My friend and I started with a bottle of their Italian Pinot Grigio which was served with their homemade bread. I ordered the very tender chicken piccata which was served with a side of spaghetti with marinara sauce which was cooked to perfection. My friend had the Pesto Arancine (OMG!!! Loved tasting it )and Mediterranean salad with pancetta. The topper was their homemade Cannoli which was ️ ️️️️!!! Can’t wait to have my family visit me in June& July and treat them to this authentic Italian restaurant.
I flew in from Houston, Texas for work and discovered this gem in San Pedro, CA. The food at La Siciliana is authentic, fresh and amazing! I had the Chicken Parmesan and it was fantastic. I had to go back to Long Beach again and went straight back to La Siciliana for another great meal , desert and fantastic service. Thank you Rita!
I had the Rita pizza and it was amazing!! The salt from the prosciutto balances the taste perfectly.

Small menu, but top notch. We ordered take out via Grubhub. We ordered pasta and arancini. The pesto was fabulous, and I take my pesto seriously, I even grow a blend of basil plants to make it. It was top notch. We also really enjoyed the home pasta with ragu, although the pasta was a hit overcooked but the time it got to us. But I think in the restaurant it would have perfect. Both arancini were excellent, large enough to share one as an app (for smaller appetites).
