It's Meritage so that's nice but come on with the lot sizes! You can't even take your kids in the backyard to throw a ball!! If I were a builder I wouldn't put my house on lots so small you can't actually enjoy your \land\. That being said Meritage is a great quality builder, they just made a poor choice on lots to maximize their profits.
Another Meritage Live Now community. Carly is awesome. She was not feeling well and was still pushing my clients pre qualification and contract through from home.
Great new neighborhood right near many amenities
