There are a good group of people that run this place. I've rented a mini excavator here and bought chainsaw parts, etc. The shop is spaced out well and VERY clean. You can tell the moment you walk in that customer service is obviously something they pride themselves on. A

These guys do a great job, have a great selection of equipment to rent, are fair in their pricing, help you load, and are clear about prices and expectations. They're also very knowledgable on what to rent to do specific tasks. The only thing I wish they'd improve on, is the reservation process. I wish you didn't have to go in just to make a reservation, otherwise, a great place to use for your needs!
I would highly recommend these guys. I brought my mower in for some general maintenance to have new belts put on. We had some issues with one of the belts and after a lot of work from Jerry, Bob and the guys in the shop they found we got a bad belt from the factory that was causing our problem. They put a lot of hours into working on and figuring out the problem with no extra charge to me. Great guys and they stand by their work to do the best they can for the customer. Thank you guys for all your help!!
I showed up to rent a Jack hammer. There was (3) employees in the parking lot working on a trencher, I walk in and stand at the service desk for 5 minutes while the service desk employee stood there, looking out the window watching the guys with the trencher, never acknowledging I was even there even though he made eye contact with me. So I go outside and tell the three with the trencher what just went on and they radioed him. And not one was willing to get me setup. So I went to ABCRental and was in and out within minutes
