The best thing Cedar Point ever did was change this coaster from a crappy stand up to a floor less, change the name and give it some new color and elements. It was so much smoother and it didn’t hurt at all, which stand up coasters are famous for. Floor less coasters are much better and this one gets 4 stars now instead of 2, which it would have had if it was still a standup...
Really interesting and odd layout but a fun layout. But the amount of head banging kills it. The restraints are pretty bouncy so your head doesn’t hurt that bad, but the rest of your body does.
Good ride. Not one of the top tier rides at Cedar Point IMO, but very worth it for the shorter comparative wait. And much more comfortable than the old Mantis it replaced.
Ride at night 3x in a row. Front row, back row, in between. A bit rougher rollercoaster but I love it!
I understand why you shouldn't wear earnings on that ride.
The rides are fun, only down fall was that the whole time I was there the dragster wasn't up and running and the lines are long. They could use more tents and fans in the lines for shade coverage and comfort while waiting for the rides. Then it wouldn't be so awful waiting for a ride.
I actually really liked this ride. It was very fun and thrilling i didn’t want to do it at first because i was scared but then my sister told me to do it so i did and it was awesome. Highly recommended!
