Horrible service. They don't return phone calls or respond to emails. If you get Ryan, the owner's son, run. Worst service ever. I've been waiting 4 months for complete install.

Bought a 15K fireplace based upon pics on the internet. Couldn't be more disappointed with the fireplace. I understand that SF does not make these, but at least they can back it up with answers and proper customer service. Unless you are buying a floor model that is working, I would recommend Amazon....

I have been calling sandwich stove for the past month trying to get them to come out and fix the brand new stove I just paid over 3 grand for and let’s not for get the 600 installation fee and then no one told me that they had to come out a second time so we had to pay the plumber for an hour worth of work the took 5mins because they never communicate with there customers I am going to call once again this am and see if they will send someone out let’s se if my review changes
