Great experience renting cross country skis! For weekend skiing, it’s important to call ahead and make a reservation. They handled the details on the phone, so our time at the store went quickly and smoothly. The staff was friendly and helpful, even during a very busy day.

The shop owner went above and beyond for me and a friend who rented a mountain bike, and I enjoyed doing business with him. If possible, I would've liked to have the checkout process more electronic and streamlined.

I came here to rent snowshoes. It's a nice little ski shop. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The folks working here are come outside to greet you, to reduce traffic in the shop during covid. There are several tents outside the shop to stand under, and they are also happy to let you in to shop. Renting from them was quick and easy and I really appreciated their attentiveness, I didn't have to wait even 10 seconds to be helped.

I rented a bike that had bottom bracket issues and the brakes needed adjusted, which IMO ruined the ride. When I told the mechanic this he wrote me off and said we rely on customer feedback for the status of the bike, which is fine, but if there are two major issues, I would offer store credit at the bare minimum. Would not recommend.
