We purchased a new LS tractor from Sandyland Equipment several months ago & from the beginning their customer service was lacking horribly. They promised that it would be delivered on a certain date & actually delivered it over a week late & we had ordered it with a cover over it & it was delivered without the top & it ended up being another 2 weeks before they came to install the cover over the tractor. With only 36 hours on the tractor the front seal on the transmission started to leak. It took a week for them to come to pick it up for warranty repair. When they came to pick it up the man was very rude when asked how long the repair would take. That was a month ago & they were supposed to return our tractor yesterday & when my husband called to see why it hadn’t been , the man, Billy, was so rude to him & actually hung up on him. Also , we were told that we would be charged 3.00 per mile both ways for Sandyland to come & pick up the tractor & to return it. My opinion is DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SANDYLAND EQUIPMENT! We certainly wished that we hadn’t!

So pleased I purchased my LS tractor at this location . I LOVE this tractor!!!!! Holds up to anything I ask of it. Randy, Billy and Kelly are fantastic people to work with. They even gave me a few ideas on my bush guard. Here are a few pics ....

This place had horrible customer service. Our car would start after getting here cause we ran out of gas and they told us they were closed and to leave they couldn't help us...

We had the power-steering cylinders on our Korean-made tractor rebuilt by Sandyland a couple of years ago. They did a great job with quick turnaround, given their need to order parts. We now have a problem with the front-end loader cylinders and when I took them in, the current shop manager seemed less than interested in repairing them. The current shop manager is not the same person that I remembered from a couple of years ago. His attitude and comments seemed to indicate that they would only service equipment that they had sold. It's a shame. There seem to be fewer and fewer shops in the area willing to service older, off-brand types of equipment. He did suggest a hydraulic repair shop in Kirvin and that's where I took mine for repair.
