We had two problems with our oven, one we had been ignoring for a few months. They came out immediately after other places said they were a week out. They fixed one problem, needed to order a part for the other. Said it might be a week or more, but they came back in 3 days and fixed the remaining issue. They only charged for one service call and the rates and parts were more than fair. They also worked clean and quick. Would call again.
Came in for a replacement thermal fuse for my clothes dryer. Not only did they have it but they even checked the original one I came in with to double check that it did infact need replacement. Could have easilly just sold me the part without a care but they didn't. Awesome people!!
