Customer Service

I started buying from Sanmar a year ago and noticed that this company is dirty. I received merchandise with a bunch of trash on top of garments; sometimes they toss their paperwork trash such as shipping label backings on top of the garments. They want us to trash it for them. Is that how you save money on your trash? This company takes forever to credit or refund your money. I have been waiting for my credit/refund for a while even though I called a week ago and they assured me that they would work on it, so far, no refund. Customer service is very COLD and dull.
