The guy dispatching was very nice and was helpful. Even though it was my falut for parking in the red zone they were just doing their job. Finally got my car out after 8 hours of being inside and 365.00 later. OUCH THAT HURT!

The male who answers the phone at night is extremely lazy, rude and confused. He claims to be the manager [but I doubt it] yet has no clue whats going on with his own company, how sad. He can't even be bothered to contact and confirm information with his own employees and would rather sound dumb and clueless instead of professional and consistent.
This towing company is scam ,robber for towing cars . They towed my daughter car with no reason ,took her car while there was a lot of other cars parked there all nights over and over and they never touch them The charge was twice of the fee they suppose to charge per to their policy .my daughter visited me for couple of hours because I feel sick and I asked her to stay with me in case of COVID -19 ,she can take me to doctore .but they took her car and end up charge her for 365 just for couple of hours . I wish their business goes down soon to not able to robber other people . Don’t trust them at all .
Worst company ever. Charged 85 just to uncouple the hook from my tire. Systematically targeting specific races as well.
They charged my friend400 to get her car out. And it was only in their possession for only 4 hours or less.
