Great experience for a friend's birthday! Layne is the best--her timing is impeccable and her ability weave the tour script with random commentary and questions is expert. She's not too over-the-top while expressing what seems to be genuine interest.

Picked up and dropped off our Niece when she came to visit. I liked that they kept the place clean and welcoming. The staff was very helpful in directing us to where the bus could be dropping off our niece. Would definitely feel comfortable coming here again!
Fun for any Greyhound: Bus Station fan! Lots of video footage of times when Greyhound: Bus Station broke celebrity news stories. We didn't see any celebrities, but it was still a fine way to spend a couple of hours.
My son and I were there today buying my son's Greyhound bus ticket the ticket agent was very nice and polite the terminal was very nice and clean.
I was unable to find a single operational outlet inside of or anywhere around this entire building. Make sure your phone is charged before you show up! Also never assume that the outlets inside of the busses are going to work either. I've been on several busses where not a single outlet works. Packing an additional battery is almost necessary. The location was nice and clean. I was also invited to board an earlier bus than I was scheduled for to get a head start on my trip.
