I purchased a miller welder from Sims and I had nothing but problems from day one. I took it in to Sims over and over again. They were never able to fix the machine when I asked about trading in the machine they didn’t offer trade-ins when I asked them to reach out to the rep to see what they can do they never did. I set up an appointment to come down and test the machine with the mechanic he wasn’t available when I showed up. Miller in Sims seem to have zero customer service zero desire to fix the problem, Sims can care less about the customer I will never be returning to the store or buying anything from Sims in the future!

I purchased a new welder from sims in Santa ana, unfortunately they did not have the best price available. I was tempted to go the cheaper route but decided to get it there. Four weeks later I had a problem where my new welder would only weld for 3 seconds and stop. I called and they had the service guy on the phone in minutes helping to diagnose over the phone. He said bring it in and they jumped on it and got the unit back to me in 2 days. I am so glad that I purchaced from sims, the customer service is top notch. The repair service technician is also I veteran, so glad my money went to a business like this!

Beat praxair and airgas prices by a decent amount on my argon cylinder. Airgas quoted me over 90 and prax over 60. These guys refilled on spot not exchange and did it for less than 50 out the door. Can't complain about that.
