This is the hidden gem of custom furniture in Orange County. I will never go anywhere else. The prices are competitive but you get so much more in quality. They literally can make anything and I am so happy with my couch and ottoman. Next is a new bed frame and I’m ordering pillows in the same fabric as my couch. Their delivery team is also top notch and communication is excellent.

I was mattress shopping and this is definitely the place that was my favorite! Richard helped us out he was very easy-going and from what I was telling him he knew exactly what kind of mattress I needed. The entire process took about 45 minutes and we got a mattress delivered the next week thanks again Richard!
We were dreading shopping for a mattress. There are SO many choices, coils and springs and foams, and who knows what. Plus I was expecting a hard \used car dealer\ type of sales pitch. Wow. Quite the opposite in every way. From the second we walked in (on Labor Day weekend) we were treated kindly by cheerful, upbeat people -- but not in a fake -salesman-y way. Just genuinely nice people.
Herman and his team were excellent to figure with. I appreciated Herman design ideas and guidance, and the way conscientious he was about managing the project and my expectations and communicating status. i used to be never left wondering where the project was or what was happening. I found his team to be punctual and professional and that i couldn't be more pleased with the resulting porch and patio.
So today I called into the store requesting to know if they had any Cal King Box Springs. I was told they did and they they would deliver today. I was excited and asked if I can just order online for them to deliver. The representative said that he did receive my online. Due to Covid I had them drop off the mattress in my garage. I go to inspect the box spring. It turns out I was delivered a queen. I call the store back and another representative answers the phone. I explain the issue and the mistake that was made. He explains to me that this should serve as a life lesson about not always being able to get what we want. I told him that an unacceptable answer. He asks what would make it right. I told requested they deliver the actual product I paid for or give me a refund. He said the only way for me to get a refund is to personally drop off the mattress back at their store. I explained that I made the payment through PayPal and will be disputing the charge through them. They are more than welcome to pick up their product. The representative resorted to using the F-word and hanging up. I highly recommend you just look elsewhere for your products. The level of unprofessionalism and the lack of care towards their customers tells you about their products. The box spring I received was very cheaply made and packaged. For the price you can find better.
