10/10 would absolutely recommend Spot Dye Wizard. I messed up and spilled bleach on my carpet...and I thought it was ruined for sure. I had estimates done and it was going to cost a LOT to replace. I genuinely thought replacement was the only option because this wasn't a spot, it was like 200 little spots. Frank explained the process to me and given his experience and examples I figured I'd give it a shot because I really had nothing to lose. Suffice to say, I'm BLOWN AWAY with the results. It straight up looks like nothing ever happened. He came in, neutralized the bleach, started working his magic and it was done in no time. Frank is super knowledgeable, he explains everything, and works very quickly. He followed all Covid guidelines as did I and now I'm sitting here with a huge problem solved at a fraction of the cost of replacement. It was ready to walk on immediately and I can clean it the same way I would as if it never happened. If you have a similar issue - call Spot Dye Wizard first, it's not a faceless company with empty promises, it's a very talented artisan who knows his stuff and treats people honestly.
