Terrible place to get a pregnancy ultrasound or scan. They do not have the equipment or the expertise. They will charge you for the procedure and then give your OB/GYN an incomplete report. The ultrasound technician Diane claimed to be qualified for the NT Scan and then she did not even do the Scan during the ultrasound. She made excuses on the report and pretended she got all the measurements when I was in the room with her. Please avoid this Imaging center. Call your insurance and find another one. I wish I could give them zero stars. The front desk is not much better. I changed my address on the form and the receipt had the same old address on it. They do not pay attention to their patients. They just want your money and then for you to exit and never bother them again.

Very nice area, lovely offices with proper COVID restrictions in place. Efficiency and respectful treatment were observed and evident from the moment I walked in the door. The mammogram procedure is quick and far less painful than I’ve experienced in the last 15 years and the ultra bone density ultra sound went even better. I actually enjoyed my visit here when I was expecting a far less pleasant experience! I would recommend West Coast Radiology to anyone seeking these services.
