Watsu is an amazing experience of deep relaxation while floating in a warm pool of water. In Diane's care you feel safely held so you can thoroughly relax into a warm soothing experience. Feeling all the tension in your body melt away you become like the water itself, soft, fluid and flowing freely. It's a most wonderful feeling.

I love water and WRT is perfect. Diane intuits what the body and mind need. It is relaxing yet can be profound. Release is the operative word. Each time is a new experience. Please try it.

Through Diane's beautiful Watsu, Water Release Therapy, she took me back in time to a moment as seaweed, as fish, as amphibian, back to myself. I felt as though in line with all of nature and free. She healed my body from an old trauma so that I could get close to others once again!

WRT Water Release Therapy is the most profound massage I have ever experienced. Similar Watsu and Waterdance, it involved being stretched through movements in comfortably warm water. Diane Feingold, the creator of this registered bodywork is local to Santa Barbara and has gifted this community with her art and teaching. I really recommend trying it.
