Don't trust this company! I've been getting charged since August and I don't have an alarm system. The manager Elmer is a liar. I'm still waiting for you to send me a technician. I can't wait to report you to the Better Business bureau! I regret so much opening my door to your unprofessional sales person David!

Horrible service. The product is cheap and isn't updated. The company's excuse is my internet provider and not their hardware. It takes centuries to finally get someone to answer the phone. The techs are not very knowledgeable when it comes to their own product either. Glad to be done with this business.
