I was fortunate to stay at Ten Thousand Waves and the spa was no doubt the highlight. I was only able to enjoy the Grand Bath but it was an incredible experience. The waters and its features were perfect. The sauna is also incredible. I can’t wait to return already and check out other baths! The service was also wonderful.

I absolutely love the spa and restaurant! The staff is so graceful and kind! The chef served a wonderful valentine's day five course dinner! My girlfriends and i enjoy the spa and dinner after!

We had the most wonderful stay at Ten Thousand Waves in early January. The room was perfect. The staff was delightful. Both private baths that we reserved and the Grand Bath was a relaxing experience. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and were impressed with the quality of food and amazing presentation. We cannot wait to book our next stay.

This is one of the absolute best things in Santa Fe. When people come to visit this is on this list of must do experiences, along with Meow Wolf, going to the Plaza, and eating green chile. Beautiful architecture and very unique and thoughtful layout of baths, waterfalls, and just wonderful places to relax. Their massage therapists are consistently the best of the best too. Well worth the money if you got it.

Staying at ten thousand waves was the best experience!!! The customer service is gold standard!!! Nancy really helped us out in a pinch and we couldn’t be more grateful! We booked the ichiban tubs that they nicknamed the two teacups. It was such nice time! We got to shower like the Japanese people did back in the day. Bucket and seat - then we split our time in the sauna. I never felt so relaxed and rested after soaking! The rooms were so cozy! I love the heated floor in the rooms. We dined at the restaurant and everything was pretty good! It all came out super fast and we purchased a bottle of sake to enjoy in our room! It was 5 stars in my book and we can’t wait to come back and visit!!!

I'm writing a new review for The Waves after their stellar and professional response to my earlier comments. Most of my concerns are irrelevant in 2021, anyways. Truly I'm just glad this place exists-- it's a treasure. I've visited twice during the pandemic. While you'll now have to pay a little more for a private tub, the experience is worth it. Absolutely exquisite surrounds, wonderful staff. Check out their website for a thorough explanation of all that they are doing to keep guests safe.

I made a reservation for a soak at 10:15. I never received a confirmation email. I didn’t have any kind of hold charge on my credit card as well. I didn’t think my reservation went through. I started calling at 10::00 to confirm my reservation. No one would answer the phone. I called all the way up to my scheduled appointment hoping someone would answer. I left a message canceling my stay “if I had one” because no one answered the phone to confirm my appointment. I then got a call 45 minutes into my soak time saying I was being charged for half because I didn’t cancel my appointment 24 hours before. I didn’t want to cancel, I wanted to confirm my reservation. You should have someone taking calls earlier than 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. It takes 30 minutes to get to your location for me. I wasn’t offered another appointment, no sorry that we didn’t answer the phone and they blamed my email address for the problem of not getting the confirmation email. Terrible customer service! The lady on the phone was very unprofessional, not helpful and rude. I will not be returning if this is what customer service is provided. I also have a large group of friends that soak at locations we go to and I will encourage them to not do business with you. Very disappointed! I wouldn’t even give you one star on service.
