LEASERS Beware !! I leased my second Audi (3rd through Audi financial) from this dealership. They made a deal with me that they would make the last two payments on my existing lease to get me into a new car. Well here we are 8 months later and Audi financial is contacting me for those payments. After speaking with people on their sales department and John Collis in their financial department, who agreed to solve the matter, I am still getting the same bill. This is really poor business practice and could hurt your credit. I never even had a missed payment. I will not be renewing my lease especially with people who lack business ethics and try to scam their customers. Oh and should I mention that when I signed my lease they had me come back two days later for a higher price on a new lease for the same car, and tried to hide it. Stay away from this dealership. Truly pure scamming. And now I’m still left with a 500 bill on top of my monthly lease. Thank you.

While performing some due diligence on an R8 purchase for my wife, I had to call the service department with a few questions. The gentleman that answered the phone was most helpful. He was patient and answered all my questions and gave me guidance. I can see why the previous owner was a long term customer. Thanks again. Gu
Had a great experience purchasing a new car here. I worked with Willie who was genuine and very nice. He made the process easy and not stressful. I hate when dealers/sales reps call, text and email relentlessly after you first look at cars it makes me not buy from them and he didn’t do that which I appreciated. Eric and Chandler are freaking incredible... Eric is an incredibly knowledge sales agent but is 100% transparency, easy to work with, and goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy with the deal.. He even stayed with me after business hours & after I signed for the car to show me all the cool bells and whistles of my new Audi. Chandler... wow, one of the nicest people I've dealt with hands down. Sweet, knowledgeable and uses story telling to offer perspective into why certain options might make more sense to have/not have. Great people and absolutely love my new car. Thank you both.
