Some Friends came to visit me from Napa and help me get settled into my New House. We decided to go Thrift Shopping, which led us here. The cashier wasn’t greeting anyone as they walked in or making sure everyone walking in had face masks on, she’s wasn’t taking anyone temperature, or asking anyone to Sanitize there hands. I couldn’t believe my eyes. The Store was a total disaster, it looked like a tornado went through the entire building. So much stuff on the floor, it was really hard to walk through every isle, the home furniture was stacked from floor to ceiling, so you couldn’t look at anything properly. The clothes in both the men’s and women’s sections was unorganized, super messy, clothes thrown on the ground and other surrounding items. The glassware section had a 6 inch path to walk through due to the overwhelming amount of clutter on the shelves. We all got super bad anxiety, and it’s was extremely overwhelming for us. We finally just walked out.

Ok selections, organized by size and color. Home goods section a bit of a mess, floor needs a good vacuum. Flat pricing. Posting as a warning to those who are at-risk to COVID. My first/last experience here was last Saturday. There is a gentleman at the door who is the cashier/takes temperatures. Great to see. My checkout process was interrupted by a couple came in that needed their temperature checked. 1 of the people had a fever, as the temperature gun began incessantly beeping and the screen flashed red several times. Instead of refusing her entry, the employee instead proceeded to take her temperature several more times- on her wrist, palm, forehead. A final scan at a pretty sizeable distance from her forehead got a normal reading, and she was admitted to the store. Health precautions are great, but only if you take them seriously. Of course the high temperature could have been independent of a COVID infection. However, admitting a customer with a fever anyway defeats the purpose of testing at all. Just a heads up.

This is an amazing place! Not only did I find great deals for myself (including a full length black suede coat for 10!), I went back for the 25% off Senior day and bought bags full of almost new stuff for my three grandchildren. They opened the box I mailed to PA and put on the wonderful clothing immediately. I like the purpose of this store and how the money helps women in need. Keep up the good work!
