I would love to submit the following review. In the 2 years my husband and I lived at SanTan, the office staff/Managers made it pleasant always on top of things. Robert Fowler/Asst Manager, he was awesome, pleasant and professional. He always made it a point to accommodate us. I also saw how he treated other residents with much respect and being so helpful. My husband and I were grandfathered into the new complex name which is now San Tan by Baron...the previous name/owners left and they also let go of \Robert\, by popular demand Robert Fowler was brought back to the community as one of the finest managers.... so many residents were so unhappy and sad that so many of us esidents\ called and called the main Corporate office to bring him back which they did. With that being, Teresa Garr office Senior Manager also so pleasant and very professional. They do a great job on keeping the residents happy and the complex very clean and updated. We initially moved into a 2 bedroom apt. and then moved to a one bedroom... our goal was to save for a NEW HOUSE WHICH WE HAVE PURCHASED A NEW HOUSE. We are now in our NEW HOME. My boyfriend (lived here for 5 years) and I (a year and a half) are very displeased with how Santan by Baron is running its operations. Ever since they changed owners, they plastered the term “luxury” everywhere yet they replaced everything in the amenities with cheap, simple decor and have faulty wiring in many apartments. They also do not take complaints seriously and were very condescending and rude to my boyfriend when he was switching apartments last year. I work an evening shift and can never find parking past 8pm. As many have said before, unless you want to pay 50/month for a covered spot or 100/month garage spot, you may not find parking after 6pm. The overall company is subpar to other apartment communities around Gilbert. We will not be renewing our lease. Had we known Baron was a whole can of worms, we would have left last year when Baron took over. Edited: 1/13/21 The office just called and addressed our issues. I appreciate the call and the efforts to resolve everything! I am extremely happy to have had the chance to sort everything out. Thank you very much.

SAN TAN- BETTER THAN EVER!! As long-time homeowners with ample room who loved to garden and woodwork, moving to a new state and adapting to apartment living presented a lot of challenges. Choosing this complex as our new home was the best decision we could have made. After two years, when we heard rumors it was being sold to a new company, we were concerned and unhappy. Well—NOT TO WORRY! As a Baron Community it is better than ever and I’m looking forward to a renovated apartment when I sign my next lease. I’ve toured the model and the new apartments are beautiful and up-to-date, with many modern amenities. The same can be said for the entire complex. But MOST of all, what I believe makes this complex truly special is the on-site Manager and staff, including the great maintenance people. As I walked to the office the other day, I thought about how fortunate I was to know and be able to interact with these terrific, professional and caring individuals. Whether it’s a problem that needs fixing, information that needs sharing, or a community improvement or get-together, it’s always beautifully handled. They are what truly makes this a “Luxury” complex more than anything else and will keep me as a loyal resident. Good work Baron on all counts!

We have been residents on the property here for the last 2 years and are very happy. Teresa and Robert are the easiest and most understanding property managers to deal with. They are compassionate and care about their residents. The property is very clean and we have never had an issue with our unit. Recommend this property to anyone looking to live in well managed gated community!

So when my wife and I were looking around at apartments, we felt like all the apartments were the same..... until we visited Santan by Baron! They apartments were so clean and updated, the pool area is beautiful and the apartment staff was nothing short of incredible. Every time we have needed something, they are one quick phone call away and are always super helpful! We love it here :)
