Tom and Kay were easy to work with; if any questions or concerns came up, one of them would take the time to call or text me back and we would work through the issue until everyone was satisfied. Their prices were very reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. One thing to be aware of (I wasn't) is that you need to check on the other businesses that Superior has an agreement with; I just assumed that Superior would ramrod the whole process from start to finish but I had an active role in calling Superior as well as the other companies to ensure that the next phase of the building was going to happen. I wish that had been clearly explained to me because I wasted some time waiting for things to happen. Overall, I would definitely do business with them again.

Brian and Superior Outdoor Structures helped get our little Cannabis Grow Facility get started. They were recommended to us by a fellow Cannabis cultivator and it was spot on! We got a beautiful building at a great price and Brian assisted us all the way through, and still even 6 months later I can call him for assistance. Fantastic Staff, Great Price, and a sturdy product! On time and it was set in less than 3 minutes!
They put up a structure on our property in the beginning of 2020, and in August our neighbors experienced a large home explosion it was very close to our house, houses around us experienced structural damage, and our shop that superior had put up, had no damage whatsoever! Very well-built structure we were extremely satisfied with our experience!
While the building might be sturdy, the staff was extremely hard to get into contact with. We had so much trouble with people returning our calls and just overall communication was very poor. While the building itself may be sturdy, the men who came to do the building and concrete work had no regard for our property. I came home to find their soda cans, lunch trash, cigarette packs, and drink containers all over our yard. When we messaged the company about this trash, we said we did not feel it was OUR responsibility to pick up their employees trash. We yet again got no response. Just shows how disrespectful people are of other people's property. Will not be recommending them to anyone.
All though our home is not move in ready yet. We absolutely love it! Can not wait to move in! Delivery was touch and go due to bad weather but once they got started they did not waist any time! Big shout out to David Lowery for being easy to work with and knowing his stuff! And thank you Thomas Johnson for always answering my questions!
