This Chinese all-you-can-eat buffet can be up or down. I understand the mixed reviews. I've been many times -- and enjoyed good food. I've been many times where only old food was out, and it was cool and hard. I can't predict which situation I'll find. But I do return, if only for a plate of steamed clams. Truth is, the place needs renovating. It is getting dirty beyond a nightly quick vacuum. And getting pricey along with the fall in quality. Not a good trend.

My Family, Friends, Relatives, from here and out of town, including myself come here. We have for over 17 years. It is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in Sarasota. The buffet is extensive and all you can eat and drink. I always start with the Fresh Shusi which is hand-made in front of you and very tasty. I like Salmon the best and will try at least one of everything they have. I also really enjoy the Crab legs, but they run small and it's food u have to work for and messy, but flavorful and sweet. The staff is always attentive to our needs and greet us warmly when we walk in. I highly recommend this establishment for a quiet environment and an enjoyable meal at a reasonable price. Come hungry and enjoy!
Horrible. This place was my favorite Chinese buffet years ago and I went back last night for the first time in years and it has fallen so far from grace. The place smelled disgusting, the place was dirty and we had to find a server to seat us. We went to go get food and everything looked depressing, probably because it was out all day. We started eating and the rice was hard as a rock, the meat was bland, and the rest of the food was just awful. Staff doesn't speak a lick of English. We had a plate of food each and left after 20 minutes and we were charged 40 for 3 plates. 2 of us didn't even finish their plate. Highway robbery. This place is god awful. Avoid this place at all costs. Go to literally any other place.
First time here. Really good Chinese food at a great price. So good I feel like I ate too much. They have alot of variety buffet style with plenty of seating. The staff is also very friendly.
I read mixed reviews online and thought that I would have a hit or miss experience, now after eating there I think the people that positively reviewed this place have either never eaten Asian food before or are in desperate need to a CAT scan. It was worse than the average bad Asian buffet with poorly cooked food that may or may not be labeled correctly... all I'm going to say is that there weren't any stray cats around. I went there with my school for senior lunch and had no clue why anyone thought this would relatively be a good place to eat. Also, we had a guy from China with us and said that he could cook better food at home and he's not even that good of a cook. Also, it astounded me that there was soft serve ice cream, french fries, and garlic toast available to eat. Also, the sushi IS NOT fresh because I've had the same in a prepackaged container at the Westfield mall in Brandon. I literally have no clue why this place was voted best buffet 16 years in a row and I don't think I'll ever be able to eat Chinese food without gagging ever again. P.S. If you've been around the customer service industry for over 16 years, please learn English. The lady kept explaining where things were and what to do but it was in whatever language she was speaking. She didn't even know what a 1 coin was.
Ok I'm a bit mystified at anyone giving a bad review. Or service was polite and punctual. All of the food was fresh and I enjoyed everything I ate. A big plus I just have to mention is that this is not a new restaurant. It's been there for many years and yet it is immaculate. You would be hard pressed to even find a ceiling tile with dust on it. I was super impressed by this and will go back again and again. :)
Sad it is closed..out of business. When we were there (several times, ) it always appeared very clean. Restrooms were quite clean looking and sanitary with a chlorine bleach odor to boot.) Fantastic selections. All you could eat buffet style. Offered foodsDrinks.lots of variety..Older gentleman was often taking care of us..wore black slacks and bright and crisp looking white dress shirt. Recently we made it a point to go to there as we traveled homeward...Though out of our way.. And it was CLOSED to our surprise
Ate lunch here excellent food and server was very attentive. Will definitely eat here again. Prices very good.
