I went to look for a dress and I was very indecisive on what dress, color, style I wanted. The lady who works there or manager who ever she is was very pushy, she lacks customer service and she never smiles and she makes sarcastic comments. I thought I was going to return but then went to another store called lady secret , at the same mall and I bought my dress from them 100% recommend them. But for the lady manager I hope you get to change the attitude and energy you give the people and paying customers, we don’t try to be a hassle like you make it seem. Thank you and will never be going there again. I don’t hear the best comments from this place.

Went here to get my Prom dress. But i am never going back there again, dont get me wrong the dress was beautiful...after having a family member correct errors like missing studs, an unevenly cut underskirt etc. The women who works there is very rude. We made it clear when we arrived we had a budget, and that i wad unaware of my current size, after trying a few sizes starting from the smallest, she laughed that they werent fitting, and on top of that the dress was almost double what i told her i could spend. The store was not busy at all so she continued to take her time this entire proccess, sat on her phone for a half hour while her daughter went in the back. I had 3 little kids with me as well. Highly suggest Ladys Secret Boutique for prom dresses also in square one.
