I had glowing hearth come out to clean out gas fireplace. We had just bought this home. I was sure given that the unit was 25 years old if need to replace it. Mick came out and discovered that the filter was blocked due to non use for a year. Very thorough and a pleasant individual. I couldn’t have asked for more. These guys are the best!!!

They were great. From helping us pick out a fireplace to install. Everything was perfect. Here is where they really get good. We had the fireplace installed in the summer. Had a cold morning this October, so we ran it for awhile and heard a loud noise. Shut it off and noticed that one corner of the front had popped off. I called and told them what happened. Even though it had been several months, I was immediately taken care of, a tech was scheduled to come out and fix it. Tech showed up, early, was a very very nice gentleman. Checked the fireplace over, fixed the front of it and was gone in about 10 minutes. The point is, sometimes things break, it’s life. What really impressed me was they took total responsibility and fixed as quickly as they could. That type of customer service is what puts these folks at the top of my go to list in the future. I strongly recommend them!!!!

**Update: Glowing Hearth & Home has stated they are extending their State Fair sale through September so I have changed to a 4 star review for their rapid response and their customer service attempt.** We can’t take part in your sale through Labor Day as you are closed until Tuesday the 8th. Very disappointed that we drove 1/2 hour to find out the Savage location is closed the last 3 days of your State Fair sale. Your website nor Google didn’t have the updated holiday hours. Your advertisements should have communicated proper sale date

Mickey at Glowing Hearth and Home was fantastic. This was such a better experience than Fireside Hearth and Home - way better service and much better pricing. I would highly recommend Glowing Hearth and Home.
