I have had a couple of repairs in this facility & their work is great. Recently I had a punctured roof & they walked me in no appointment & I was out with in an hour. I'm planning to have them replace my whole roof & I'll post pictures. I would highly recommend any one looking for a trailer repair this is the shop to go to. The price was right. Keep up the good work guys!

Showed up late in the day, without an appointment (not the best way to expect a service to be done) with a broken lift gate hydraulic hose. Brian the service manager really tried to help me out with no promise that he’d be able to get it done that day. Apparently the owner of American Truck and Trailer became involved, by driving off premise (and back) to have a custom hydraulic hose made. I think a few people stayed late that day to get the job done. Reasonable price for the repair as well, I’ll will be using them for all my trailer / lift gate repairs from here forward. Clean facility, professional staff, fair pricing. No need to go anywhere else.
