Yummy and soft shave ice - friendly service and they take the time to shape it. Liked that they had natural flavor options too. Only minor item was for the large (which was very large!) there were a few empty spots without any syrup.

This is a wonderful dessert place! We got two smalls and they looked little, but it was actually a lot of to go through! Super worth it! Definitely get either ice cream or frozen yogurt on the inside (2-2.50 extra), and get "snow cap" (0.50 extra) which is cream on the top of the shave ice - the snow cone on the left has some. Trust me, you will not regret it!

Best Shaved Ice on Hawai’i. The texture is amazing, and the flavor is amazing too. It’s a good quality location and staff are great. The servings are also very generous and prices are about the same as others, but the quality is great.

Best best best shave ice I’ve had so far. Specialty is, they add ice cream in the middle. I’m not a local or I would have taken their token for reward points. I’ve tried mango and orange flavors with macadamia nut icecream (it’s the best) with snow cap topping. The staff is very quick and service is really good. Small one is more than enough for a person. I could not finish mine, it was too much for me.

Best shave ice I’ve ever had. I’m not from Hawaii, but every time I visit I stop here multiple times during my visit. This is something I always look forward to whenever I visit.

I'm normally not a fan of shave ice, but this place is different. There is just something special about sitting by the bay with the cone in your hand. The flavors are really delicious and for the kids it is the best treat that they get on the island. Their mouths are then blue or purple from the food coloring for hours, but it is worth it. You can order ice cream in the middle as well.

Awesome service, fun atmosphere, tons of flavor choices, definitely going back before we leave the island. Update: Went back the following day, and again before heading to the airport. Finally tried the pineapple soft serve in the middle, it was amazing. Best treat in Kona!!!
