Simply Professionals! From the time we called to inquire, to inspection/assessment to installation, both Darien and Barb were beyond wonderful. They accommodated us with our schedule and availability. Darien had someone with him today and together they did a great job! Will definitely recommend them!

Barbara and Darien are courteous, responsive and knowledgable about HVAC. Their prices are reasonable. I had 2 needs for my rental properties and Darien was able to attend to both quickly. I plan to use them in future. Good work!
Darien has been out to service my ac and furnace on multiple occasions. He is knowledgable, reliable and trustworthy. Epic may not be the cheapest option in town, but I trust that they will get the job done right. They have also gone the extra mile to give me advice on how my system could be improved and have helped me weigh the options.

So very professional and responsive! I had an emergency late Wednesday night...my furnace popped/boomed very loudly when igniting, producing a burning smell and setting my fire alarm off in my townhouse. The fire department was called. We were told the house was safe but that I should call a furnace company to get things checked out. I left a FB message around 10:30pm that night and had a call back before 8:00am the next morning. Darien arrived at my house 30 minutes later. He performed an extensive cleaning of my furnace and made recommendations for future maintenance and upkeep. Darien wore a mask and shoe covers the entire time he was in my house and he was very professional. I felt the price charged was fair and my furnace is running quieter than it ever has in the 2 years I’ve lived in my townhouse. I will definitely be calling Epic Heating for all of my furnace needs in the future. Thanks so much!
