Just witnessed the worker be so rude to the little old man in front of me, whom is probably a veteran, since we were on base. Anyways, he wanted to order the regular Philly cheese steak, which is a #1. He told her he wanted a #1, she asked him if he wanted the drink and fries, he said no, then she told him \then you need to not say you want a #1 if you just want the sandwich\ Never is it okay to have an attitude with a customer like that. I will be filling out every form I need to to try to not have that situation happen again. I won't publicly say the workers name on here.

Great place for wrong orders and attitude from the employees.

Absolutely horrible during lunch. The line was 3x slower than any other line. The manager was basically doing nothing. The lady taking the orders was doing basically doing twice the work and having to work the register, fries and drinks. All while the manager just stood there half working the grill. Poor management and even worse service. Every other order in line had something wrong.
