I don't rate on Past employees preferences I rate on how I was treated. In fact if I recall correctly you didn't have the brace I needed and Whoever weren't too friendly about it

I was not persuaded by any former employee to write this review, this is how I feel about this business.
Store was going to make me wait 2 to 3 days for medical equipment I needed now that doctor prescribed. Plus wanted my medical records from doctor. Went down the road and got equipment today from another company . No forms to be filled out by me or records from doctor . In reply to Transcend .Insurance paid for my machine without my medical records being sent Also without me having to pay out of pocket instead. I just couldn't understand several days of waiting or having to pay for it when I have insurance. I believe insurance would already know what I've been treated for in the past. thanks for you reply

The lady in faxes was extremely professional and very helpful! As was the one in billing. They were both very pleasant to work with!
