You've always treated me with reasonable prices on purchasing and pawning. I do have a question tho, are you all currently still open due to the covd-19 virus? Just wondering before drive to town. Thanks so much!

I have been a customer here for a long time and have never had an issue until the blonde woman(dont know her name) started working there. She has very poor customer service skills. I asked her to hook up an xbox360 so I can see if it works and she said it would be easier if I took it home and checked it myself. And sure enough I drive home and check it and it has no audio and won't read any games I try. When I brought it back they treated me like I was doing something wrong or trying to scam them or something. Mike was nice enough to swap it out with a slightly better one and checked to see if it worked. But then he said \let's waste a few minutes hooking it up\ like I was wasting his time. It turned out to work perfectly with the SAME EXACT CORDS AND GAMES that I tried the first time. Won't be going back again.

Originally had it at 5 stars because my first visit here was great, reasonable talk and reasonable pricing. Next time I show up with specific things picked out to sell I got the typical pawn shop answers that they don’t put on their website.. Now an hour drive back home because this was the closest pawn shop
