We were very pleased with the each step of our process. The sales guy was a past installer and started by reinforcing our damaged door so we could continue to easily access our garage while we would await delivery. He did this regardless of whether we committed to them and we thought this was the type of firm that we’d like to deal with. We recd email updates on the manufacturing process and were able to easily schedule the installation and subsequent painting once the door was available. The guys who came to undertake each of those steps were on time, courteous and completed their tasks competently including the clean up. Kudos to the management and staff, we’d have no reservations in recommending them to others.

Our installer, Todd, was professional, experienced, friendly and very knowledgeable on product and install. Installation was done very quickly and our new doors look amazing. They are so quiet you can hear the garage door motor humming. Couldn't have wished for a better experience!
Technician Mike and I apologize for not getting the trainees name. They both were very professional they worked well together and stayed focused. They removed the old door and put in the new door with ease. Well they made it look easy. When done they inspected their work, made sure the door worked properly and made adjustments where needed. I now have a very nice looking door that runs very quite.

Daniel, the installer was very kind, thorough, patient & knowledgeable. He was literally here half the day, making sure to do a great job. I received calls along the way, to let me know they didn’t forget about my job, because I had a special order, that took longer. Real professionals, throughout the process, & I recommend them!
The whole experience was great, from the people that gave me the bid to the install, to the painter. The tech explained the functions on the new door opener wall panel. The painter helped me move something back into the garage before he started. The new door is so quiet. It was worth every penny; this is an investment in my home. I highly recommend A1.
