I found a beautiful home that was being managed by this rental agency. We got approved and we were ready to sign all the documents but unfortunately due to personal reasons we decided not to rent the home. Ericka Anglin was so professional throughout the entire process. We had recently dealt with a horrible company (Real Property Management PHX Valley) and when we didn’t choose to go with them, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. After that experience, we were hesitant about all other rental agencies. But Ericka sure proved that wrong. She is quick to respond to emails and phone calls and is able to answer all of your questions. It’s unfortunate that we couldn’t rent the home because I have no doubt that we would be dealing with true professionals. Thank you, Ericka, for always being professional, responsive, and delightful. Hopefully we will be able to do business with you in the future.

These people crack me up!! They honestly think they can treat people however they want with no care in the world. Our irrigation for our HOA leaks everywhere all over the road each and every day. Yet they send fines out like the wind blows! Like they are above the law! You can’t charge people fines without proof of what they are being fined for. Thats not how the law works here in Arizona steer clear of this property manager you will end up in court with them !!

This company has been managing Town Square in North Phoenix since we've lived here,about six years. Every year has been a click or two down in service. The only time you hear from them is when a random weed or two sprouts up on your side of the bender board. I've left multiple messages and emails concerning section # Amcor takes care of the yard and gate issues with no response or it's not our fault. If you're a property owner/manager don't consider this outfit.
