I called in a panic my dog was not acting herself....lethargic, shivering, vomiting. The receptionist, Charlotte was extremely kind on the phone and understanding. The vet techs were also friendly and understanding, answering any questions I had. The vet called me Dr.Rich within about 20 minutes of dropping her off saying how good she was doing explaining everything in detail answering any questions I had. Turns out she was just super nauseous from a treat I had give. Her. I am extremely grateful to the kind staff here. I went in there knowing I’d spend probably at least 1,000 dollars and it was under 200. I work in the dog industry and know that vets can overcharge especially emergency vets. I wasn’t concerned about this when dropping my dog off because I would have done what it takes....but they didn’t take advantage of the situation and I am very grateful for their professionalism.They are honest, speedy and caring. I am really grateful for this experience with them. I highly recommend. Only qualm I have is that initially they didn’t take my dog right away and I was waiting about 10 minutes for them to actually bring her in. Other than that everything was amazing!

I love taking my little guy Griffin to Animal Medical & Surgical Center for boarding and playdays. It's safe, clean, professional and FUN for him!! I feel very confident leaving my fur-baby here, because when I pull up to drop him off ... his tail is wagging and he's excited to see his buddies!

Dr. Jha is absolutely the best pet surgeon in the Valley. We are so happy to have him take such great care of our 13 year old goldendoodle, \Mackie\. Dr Jha removed a cancerous tumor two years ago, and Mackie has been cancer free ever since! We just took him to have an ultrasound done, and are thrilled that it was all clear. This was the second surgery Dr. Jha did for Mackie, with perfect results both times. Don't trust your beloved pet to any other surgeon! The staff at Animal Medical and Surgical Center are very caring, and loving. Thank you!!!

I’ve been here twice with my puppy, and I cannot say enough good things about them, especially Jessica. They are kind and thorough; their bedside manner is truly impeccable. I am so grateful for the wonderful people that work here and cannot recommend it enough.
